I’m sure most people reading these reviews are trying to decide if this is the company for them. I was In that boat a few years ago, and for no particular reason I went with Truly. It has been one of the best decisions In business I’ve made. Not only were our problems resolved, but the person In charge of our account went from a stranger, to a helping hand, to a friend. He’s an incredible human being, and he genuinely cares about the services he provides. I can’t tell you the ins and outs of this company, I can’t promise as a company they are better than another company. But I can tell you, if you get Jimmy as your service technician, you will be In the absolute best hands and then you will understand why I spent the time to write this. Thank you Jimmy and Truly, we are blessed to ha you.

Edgar was absolutely phenomenal ! He was very friendly, and explained what all he would be doing for the service. He was incredibly thorough, and even showed me where the roaches had been and left their excrement! When treating inside he was very careful and courteous of my space, and after his treatment i feel confident we wont see anymore pests!! Brian was also wonderful with the explanation & breakdown of services. I appreciate how honest & upfront he was with the evaluation & treatment suggests of my space. Definitely feel like we are in good hands with Truly Nolen.

We have had the extreme pleasure of having Mr. Jimmy Brundage service our office suite. He is always very professional and kind. We absolutely love having him take care of our office. We have seen absolutely NO bugs since he has been servicing our office!

2/15- Edgar was on time, worked quickly and efficiently and was very friendly. 2/16- Armando and Luis were exceptional in treating my house for termites. They were not only efficient and thorough in their work but also displayed a high level of professionalism throughout the process. Their friendliness, cleanliness, and extensive knowledge were much appreciated. I'm thankful for their expertise and work to ensure my home is termite-free. Thank you, Luis and Armando, for a job well done! Let's pray everything works now- no more drywood or subterranean termites.

Jimmy Brundage does our pest control and I can't say enough good things about him and his service. If we ever have any problems which is very unusual he is always there to help us. The best technician we have had.
